Nessa’s Initials Tailoring Business Terms and Conditions:
1. Payment Policy: All payments for tailoring services must be made in full before any work is started. Nessa’s Initials accepts cash or bank transfer as valid forms of payment.
2. Measurement Accuracy: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate measurements for all garments. Nessa’s Initials will not be held liable for any inaccuracies resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
3. Alterations and Adjustments: Nessa’s Initials will provide one fitting session for each garment to ensure proper fit. Any additional alterations or adjustments requested by the customer after the initial fitting may incur an extra charge.
4. Delivery and Pick-up: Nessa’s Initials will inform the customer of the estimated completion date for each garment. The customer must collect their finished garments within 30 days of the completion date. Failure to do so may result in storage fees or disposal of the garment at the discretion of Nessa’s Initials.
5. Refund and Exchange: Nessa’s Initials does not offer refunds on customized garments. However, in case of any manufacturing defects or errors on our part, we will provide necessary alterations or exchange the item.
